Hi all,
I have integrated Cloud Portal with Cloud for Customer and all of the C4C widgets are working fine, with a small exception. On the 'Create a Ticket' screen, I cannot get the cancel button to do anything. I am assuming that when I click cancel on that widget, it should take me to the 'Home' page. I think the issue is that the page alias for the 'Home' page is blank, and instead should be something else.

Hi Anurag,
When you click on cancel the ticket fields are initiated. Navigate back to the home page is done by the menu, unless you changed the out of the box implementation.
