Inspection characteristic automatically evaluated with sampling system

Hello QM-Gurus,

I have a Question.

I have created a Sampling Procedure with the requirement 100 % measured and 90 % must be correct.

Than I have created an Inspection characteristic with following keys:

In the inspection plan I have assigned this inspection characteristic with the sampling procedure:

After the inspection lot is created I go to QE51n and input the measured values.

I expected that after these entries automatically valued, but it will always be displayed manual review.

Why is that?

The other inspection characteristics are evaluated automatically.

Hi Ulrike,

I believe the result added at 6th position as 0,19 is beyond the MIC tolerance range (0,00 - 0,18) and so that particular individual result valuation is coming as "Reject". But this valuation is not final until operation level valuation is done to get the status form "2" to "3". There you should get the standard SAP Popup (or default valuation) as "Accept" as one faulty record is well within the acceptable limits of the Sampling Procedure used.

Please can you go back to the operation level valuation and suggest what is the default popup there? Please attach that screenshot too.

I have solved the problem.

I had a mistake in the sampling procedure.

I have change the Sampling procedure to following:

This works well and meets my requirements.

I have the solution.

That was my mistake.

In the sampling procedure I have to change the setting to the following:

As a result the assessment is carried out automatically.
