BADI or FM : To Maintain billing Due List from service Order

Hi Experts,

I have requirement for copy data in item to custom added field to Bill Due List.

I have custom added field branch code in Service order Item ,

Now i want to copy that field value to Bill Due List Table .

I added that same field to Bill Due List Also.

Please suggest me any FM or BADI to maintain that field in Bill Due List.

My requirement is not pass data from CRM to ECC.

I have a custom field in service order item , need to copy that field

value to billing due list table .

I implemented BADI : /1BEA/IPMO_DL but its not triggering only .

Do u have any idea about FM to Maintain Billing Due List?

Hi Alok,

Can you check if the badi  CRM_UPLOAD_BEA_FILL serves your purpose? Also please check:

1.Go to spro>crm>billing>system enhancements>business add-ins>

There you will find badis for different purposes.

2. If you have access to Service Market Place, please check the Billing Enhancement Cookbook that i mentioned in my previous post.

Hi Nisha,

This Function module is triggering  CRM_UPLOAD_BEA_FILL .

But problem is i can maintain single record here .

How to maintain Item detains in Due list?

Hi Alok,

I didn't get your question completely.. With reference to the FM, I presume the service order items have to populated in the exporting param  IT_SERVICE_I .

please check the cookbook for billing engine for additional details.
