when i am trying to create customer message it is showinh following msg

Error in the local notification system.

Hi Vinay,

create RFC connection OSS_MSG with the target host as ur solution manager.

Next goto SM30-->in the table view enter BCOS_CUST

Maintain the BCOS_CUST table as described in the current configuration guide:
