*ENDWHEN script question

Hi this is my script ( I TEST IN UJKT )

I have result ON Both *REC if I put ENDWHEN after the 1st *REC and if I removed it I have only result on the 1st *REC and no Result on the 2nd *REC. Do I need to put *ENDWHEN after the 1st *REC

*REC(EXPRESSION = %VALUE%/([ACCOUNT].[VSUM_VCONC_W],[DATATYPE].[VOLUME]),ACCOUNT = VCONC_H2O_AVG,DATATYPE = PERCENT,DAILYTIME = DAILYTIME.ENDMNTH)

*WHEN ACCOUNT

*IS VCONC_FE_W_CALC

*WHEN DATATYPE

*IS VOLUME
