Hello Everyone,
I am getting error while doing cache connectivity test in RWB, Adapter Engine is not updating it says, " Attempt to fetch data from Integration Directory failed" (Screenshot attached).
I did the following steps:
> Sxi_cache: After complete refresh, Status Green (screenshot attached)
> RFC : Integration_Directory_HMI : Respone 200 (screenshot attached), user name and password are correct and have the roles assigned to that user.
> In nwa: SLD and java services are restarted
> Restart the server
Please advice.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Rachit
Hi Rachit,
I hope you have tried refreshing
http://host:50000/CPACache/refresh?mode=delta
If it is a development box
http://host:50000/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
after this try the steps you are performing.

Rachit,
Check with the basis team, is one of the service user is locked, which might be used in destination or exchange profile.
Also, Check http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/XI/SXI_CACHE+Common+Errors

Resolved.
Firstly, I deleted the Adapter Engine Connection Data Cache from Sxi_cache and then restarted the following services from nwa:
com.sap.xi.directory (Integration Builder/Configuration)
com.sap.aii.af.app (Adapter Engine)
com.sap.xi.rwb (Runtime Workbench)
com.sap.xi.repository (Integration Builder/Design)
Adapter Engine cache would automatically get refresh when first message comes in PI.
