Update provisioning task with Syncutility not working

Hello experts,

First of all, I have Identity Management 7.2, Identity Center version is 7.20.3.4-SQL-2012-01-10 and schema update is 1050.

I'm trying to transport some changes to my production IdM from development environment. I export provisioning task from source system and try to import in target system (update option), but the Syncutility just freezes out not displaying any log messages whatsoever.

Can anyone help me out with this? Is there any log file I can search to find out why Syncutility is not working?
