Uploading SAPscript

Hi, Through the fourm i learnt that you can upload a sapscript using RSTXSCRP. So i

1. selected the radio button "form"

2. Gave the name of my new sapscript form

3. mentioned IMPORT

4. ran the program.

5. During the program i selected the file (.txt) from where the form would be uploaded from.

6. Object was created and activated .

Then when i checked the form out in se71 i get the message "form <formname> language EN is inconstaint in the text file."

Also i noted that the file did not have an original language.

Somebody please HELP!!!

Hi,

While uploading did u keep the language as "EN"??

Just check it once or upload it once again and try to activate it...

Thank you for replying. Yes, i have checked languages as EN. but it's still not working. Please leave any other suggestion that you might have.

Hi..,

you can upload a form from a file which is downloaded earlier..

u cannot upload a normal file.. and in this file It consists of the FORM NAME in 3-4 places.. uneed to check that.. and give the same name to the Creating form..

Or change the form name in the file to a new name..

then it will work without any error..

Yup.... infact i copied and pasted the name thinking i got the name wrong. Do you think there would be a problem if i uploaded it from a file called "ABC.TXT"? And i can select the file while the program is running or provide the whole path with the file name in the program itself?
