Hi, my client requirement is, if employee join in between 1 to 10 date - 2 days quota. if employee join 11 to 20th-- 1 day quota, if employee join 20th to 30th- no quota. for that i have written custom pcr. but where i have to insert ,in negative time management in tm04. plz help me.

You can insert the custom PCR above the CUMBT function In schema .

1. my client is using 3rd party recruitment tool(Taleo) for hiring.how to get the data from 3rd party software to om in sap hcm.
2. as well as time data from 3rd party to r3 system.
3. as a functional consultant which roles i have handled . how i have to work with abaper.
and how to upload 3rd party data into r3 system.
can you please alloborate me briefly.

Hi Anand,
Based on your requirement, I believe you should include your custom PCR before function CUMBT in the custom schema.
And QUOTA function will come later to generate the quotas.
Go through the below document which will give idea on the right place to insert the PCR.
