Mitigation Monitor does not appear, while trying to mitigate a user

Dear All,

I have defined a Mit. control for  risk, but when I am trying to mitigate a user, the monitor does not appear. can you suggest, if I have missed anything. I am in SP08, AC 10 

The mitigation monitor appears if try to mitigate from Access Management-> Mitigated Users/Roles

Dear Plaban,

make sure you have the sufficient authorization to assign monitors. Therefore use authorization object GRAC_OWNER with the respective authorization for ACTVT (03 for display and 78 for assign) and also GRAC_OWN_T with values MIAP and MIMO.

You can also check in STAUTHTRACE for the user.

Dear Plaban,

Please check the following.

1. The user is defined as Mitigation Monitor/ Controller and has an entry in the Access control owner tab. 

2. The user is mapped with the organization that is associated with the control ID.

HI Japneet,

The 1st screenshot shows that ZMITCNTRL1 has Monitor  and Approver. and also these monitors and approvers have also been maintained as Owners in Organizational units.
