Series of Numbers for Access Requests changed from 2000016* to 2000018*

Hello All,

The series of numbers for Access Reqeust changed suddenly. I dont know the reason.

It was in the series of 2000016* . And now suddenyl requests started getting created with Series 2000018*.

Please find the below screenshots for the same :

Please let me know as to why it could have happened ?

Hi Rahul,

Are you using UAR workflows as well in your environment?

Please check the request numbers for UAR workflows (if using) as ARQ and UAR workflows share the request numbers range

you were right ... UAR was initiated ..

UAR & ARQ share the same request series..
