Java Error coming

Hi,

I am getting an error , which i once fixed in one of my project but now its not getting fixed .  Following is the error im getting

hostname:port/AnalyticalReporting/webiApplet/ThinCadenza.jar

the way i fixed it once for client was to go into java , > security > then add the infoview site to the add list , and it worked that time ,

but now its not working , following is the detail of the error

     What is your version of BOBJ being used, you JAVA may be too new?   Normally the way this is fixed to to launch Java config > Security Tab > change to Med.

Actually now I used the 32 BIT IE8 , and also 32BIT Java , and now it's working fine .
