Create Activities from Campaigns

Hello everybody,

Please Help. I am working in a project where we need to create activities from actions and triggers defined on Campaigns, but this option is in gray on campaign's build tab.

We have already activate Enhanced Marketing Functionalities but have not found more information about what is missing.

Hi Juan,

From the screen shot i can see that you have not added actions. Please perform the follwing steps:

1.) Add "Send E-mail" from Actions

2.) Add the E-mail template and apply the changes

3.) Now from "Triggers" add "E-mail Interactions"

4.) You can now add the activities.

Hi all,

I have a similar issue. I made a campaign so that when original email is opened a phone call task is created. And when he link in the email is actiated, another information email is sent. (see the attachment)

The first email is sent perfectly, but second email is not send and no task is schedule after activating the links.

I wonder if I missed something in marketing campaign configuration.
