How to stop reminders for owners?

Hi ,

We have setup reminder job and it is sending reminders to all owners which have pending requests.

There are two owners for each role and few owners have moved to different positions and no longer working as GRC owners.Access has been removed and ownership has also been from GRC.

Now these owners are still getting reminder emails from GRC.

Is there any way to stop these reminders ?

Hi Mohana,

Are the requests for whom they are the approvers are still pending?

In that case the owners will receive notifications as Reminder jobs are scheduled based on MSMP process IDs and pending request approvers will be informed accordingly.
