NO_RESULTS message after executing a Transaction

Hi Experts,

I am running a transaction which will load XML file of 2500 records and process it. when I run it, after some time I am getting 'NO_RESULTS' message. and when I try to open the xml file which is under WEB , my workbench is getting hanged.

I wanted to check on forum did anybody faced similar issue before. Do I need to put any timeout setting?

Hi,

This means your frontend timed out while your backend was still executing the transaction. You should increase timeout settings of workbench as well as ICM.
