Hi experts,
I am confused.
I've implemented changes based on note 1774582, which means that I will receive also a notification on the recovery of an alert (so at switching back to green).
However, it is strange in our system.
I receive an alert (e.g. red) and when it is gettin recovered I receive exactly the same mail again, which says again the it is red.
What is the sense behind?
In my opinion the subject should be like "Recovery: <alert text>"
Any ideas or is my understanding wrong?
The Subject line will inject "Closed:"Original subject line; it shouldn't send a second red notification.

sorry it was my fault.
In the badi where I add red/yellow to the subject I had an error.
So it is sending the alerts correct.
But one question, is it also possible to send an notification, if an employee gets assigned?
So now I get
- alert appears
- alert is closed
But you know, we have a support team, and if already one of the team starts working it would be great if I get a notifcation, that already one did start working.
I will move it to another thread, because this one is solved.
