Does Success Factors supports Data Archival process like in SAP HR.

If yes than is their any documents related to Success Factors Data Archival Solution.

Hi Mahesh,

There is no data archiving solution across the suite, although some functionality exists in some applications. What is the purpose of the archiving? There could be some solutions available.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

The purpose of data archiving is only for the Reporting.

Client wants to migrate all the Legacy HR System data to Success Factors EC module and other Talent related modules.

These data they want to archive it in Success factors so that in future can be used for the Reporting purpose i.e. access to Employee Master Data.

Kindly Suggest.

Hi Mahesh,

Reporting can be done on any data, so no data archiving is needed. Historical data can be uploaded to SuccessFactors, although it does depend on which modules you are using.
