Auto Refresh in work inbox NOT working for UAR related requests

Hello All,

Auto refresh functionality is currently working fine for Access Requests but it is NOT working for UAR related requests.

Auto-Refresh is not working only for UAR related requests in work inbox. Please find the attached screenshot for POWL setting.

My GRC system is on SP 13.

I have kept below mentioned POWL settings for GRFN_INBOX_ALL & GRFN_INBOX_AC.

Please suggest. Your inputs will be very helpful in closing the issue.

Hi Rahul,

We had similar issue and we are on GRC 10 SP13 and SAP has given the below note for fixing the issue. Please check if this helps.

2103409 - UAR: UAR approved request shows in work inbox until Refresh

Now Auto-Refresh is working for UAR requests in work inbox .
