Release history of SAP system.

I have a SAP SCM 7.0 EHP3 system/HDB.

I want to know the earlier release it had or history of previous releases?

But what i need is, Do we have a table or a some file at OS which stores the information from which previous version or release the system was upgraded to ?

Check the tables UVERS and UVERS_HIST using Tx SE16
