Hello All,
I have a business requirement, where customer service directly take the orders from customers, for a certain division and business would like to use one dummy sales employee to record the sales. can any one say what could be the effects apart from the sales reporting.

As long as it is a dummy employee representing the customer service, there wont be any problem. Some of the organisations also use this sales employee partner function to decide on the incentive program. I hope you dont have such program. Even if you have you can exclude this dummy employee for any such financial or other functions.
