Identify the error/erroneous segment number for basic/IDoc type FIDCCP02

Hello Experts,

I need a solution regarding error/erroneous segment identification for FIDCCP02.

Basically we are having a lot of FIDCCP02's item segment (approximately 1000) for each IDOC. So whenever any error occurs for any kind of data issue in item level, then whoever is analyzing the error IDOC, the person always need to go each and every segment of that IDOC to know the erroneous item.

Like for the status message 'Company code 8072 is not defined', we need to go each segment to identify the particular error item having Company Code = 8072.

So we need to give a solution like:

Either identify the error segment and make it a different color.

OR

Populate a status message with the Segment number.

Please help me in this regard.

Fruitful answer will be highly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi,

have you tried TA WE05 yet?

It gives you an overview of all data in a selected idoc-segment and you can comfortably search your value.

call TA WE05 and pick your selection carefully.

Mark the node with status 51

press the button for specific segments (shift+F1) and fill in the segment, where your

company code is to be found

after pressing continue, you'll get a list of all segnment-entries of all selected idocs.

There you can use the search dialogue with your value, i. e. 8072.

By doubleclicking an entry, the respective idoc will be displayed.

I think this will do in most cases, even if there is no fancy color involved.
