Reason code description and activity description missing GRC 10.1

Hello Gurus,

We are on GRC 10.1 ( SP 7 - SAPK-V1107INGRCFNDA ).

Facing issues with Reason code description and activity description not populating in EAM Reports, I searched and noticed there are notes avaliable, but they do not seems to be applicable w.r.t out GRC level and release.

Any help regarding this will be greatly appriciated.

Hi Akshat,

Although below SAP note is not applicable to your SP level and version, can you cross check in SE75 if the object GRC is missing as per below note

1982125 - Reason code and Activity description is missing in reports

Hi Madhu,

I'm also facing the similar issue and i see the entry is not maintained.

Do we need to create that entry directly in production or through transport. If through the transport,i don't see any option to transport.

Hi Mukesh,

This is a manual activity which need to be done in all clients. But I heard they can be transported using report RSTXTRANS  or through SO10 tcode and I am not aware of these. You can check with these.
