2. How it is related to SAP?

ESA is creating Services at Enterprise Level.

ESA is a termed coined by SAP and beuing used extensivlely by SAP to drive its SOA vision.

Enterprise Services Architecture is sure related to SOA. It is just taking the concept of SOA to the Enterprise Level.
