Remediation View shows Blank screen in GRC 10.1 SP08

Hello,

I am implementing GRC Access Control 10.1 with SP08, Here while i am trying to run User Level : Access Risk Analysis, i can able to run Technical View and Business View as well, but while running Remediation View, it is showing Blank Screen. I have followed the "Remediation View Functionality and Configuration steps" also but still im facing the same issue and Even i tried in IE9 and Google Chrome as well. Kindly Suggest me Thanks in Advance

In Addition to note 2099999, also refer http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2035538

This notes provides information on Odata Gateway configuration and SICF service activation, which are required mandatory.

Also it is recommended to execute Remediation view for less data , use filter variants to drill down the result. The screen will definitely populate.

When i'm running the remediation view on foreground, Im getting the error "service cannot be reached" although i setup the gateway already. What else do i need to do?

Hi Verder,

You can refer http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2035538

1. Make sure to activate the SAP Netweaver Gateway in OData Channel node under SPRO.

2. Also, SICF service should be activated.

If the your issue wil be resolved with the above netweaver settings then its fine or else please implement SNOTE 2130306.

Pls find the below file, While activating SICF services, please activate the whole tree(subnodes also) for PUBLIC, BC and GRC. Pls find the below file and activate SICF services.

Hi Karl,

As per the note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2035538, Pls maintain netweaver gateway settings in System Alias as LOCAL instead of maintaing the CONNECTOR,You can find the below file regarding this, It should be working, otherwise you can raise the OSS for this and the will provide you the related Note 2130306 to implement.
