Material : xxxxxxxxx Preferential origin empty error in VL01N

Hello Experts

I am trying to create Delivery without ref to order in VL01N. But while saving, the system is giving error as "Pos : 10 , Material : xxxxxxxxx Preferential origin empty".

Now for this I have maintained the relevant data in 'Foreign Trade data export' view in material master  for  Country of Origin  and also maintained data in custom tariff pref which is why pref status  and vendor  status in that view shows OK.

simultaneously the country of origin is showing up in VL01N at item  level in Origin/Desti/business Tab. 

In spite of this I am not sure what is going wrong while saving the delivery that gives the above error.

Request your guidance/suggestions on this.

Thanks for the update!

As you can see the error that you are getting is not an SAP Standard one but a custom

one. So I guess one of your programs is causing this issue. I think your SAP Consultant

or your ABAP Developer could help you here.
