Hello,

When I try to convert the pur.req to schedule line via /SAPAPO/RRP7, I get CIF errors which is temporary error.

So everytime i need to reactivate the errors in queue manager (/SAPAPO/CQ).

Anybody know how to solve this situation?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Suresh V

Hi Suresh,

In the meantime you can use the program RSQOWKEX (if you use outbound queue) or RSQIWKEX (inbound queue) to re-activate the blocked queues automatically!

Thanks.

Hello Marius,

This note is not applicable for our SCM system.

Hello Marius,

Actually the /SAPAPO/RRP7 is run manually and there is no specific time to run it.

So it is very difficult to schedule the report RSQOWKEX / RSQIWKEX in the background.

Thank you!

Hi Suresh,

Does it happens every time that you run RRP7?

If this happens on an specific time of the day or just sporadically, then I would talk to the Basis team to ensure there is not a job running at this time that could be blocking the queues..

Also go to SMQ2 and try to navigate and see if you find another error message. Also in case you still get the error when you try to re-activate in SMQ2, you could debug the queue and see if you find the problem.

Kind Regards,

Mariano
