Customer Specific Instructions - Solution Required
I'm digging around for ideas and wonder if anyone can help. Many of our customers have very specific requirements and we need to store this information on SAP to be brought forward at order and delivery level. For instance:
a. A customer cannot accept pallet deliveries. This is a delivery instruction that needs to be printed onto the delivery notes.
b. A customer must not be sent a specific product. This is an instruction that needs to be at order level to alert the team inputting the order.
It's worth pointing out here that these instructions are specific to ship-to addresses and we could have 50 ship-to addresses on one customer account.
Point a - we can store this information in a ship-to UDF and bring it onto the Crystal delivery note layout. Is there any way to make the UDF at ship-to level bigger or easier to scroll through?
Point b - this is the one I'm struggling to find a solution to as ideally we need to see this on the sales order screen so the user inputting the order does not have to click into another screen and has no excuse for missing the instruction.
