Error in copying WM6.2 in configpanel

Hi Experts,

While I am copying standard Work Manager 6.2 Application in config panel and encountered the below error.

ERROR: SQL error -964 occurred when accessing program /SYCLO/CL_CORE_BOM_SUBAGT_CFG=CP part LOAD. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

Kindly suggest how to proceed further for copying the standard application to Z name space
