Follow up transaction from SMIN to SDCR

Hi All,

In one of client, they are still using old transactions (SDCR, ZDCR) for ChaRM while they are using new transaction (SMIN, ZMIN) for Incident Management. whether we can create change request (SDCR, ZDCR) from the Incident  (SMIN, ZMIN)? If so, any config document available?

Nope... copy control does not works perfect for creating old transaction from new onw

Hi Saman

It is not advisable though, but you can do it through the copy controls in SPRO->SAP Solution manager->Capabilities->IT Service Management->Transactions->Specify target transaction type. Maintain it as SDCR/ZDCR.

Do the appropriate changes in DNO_CUST04.

But still it is not recommended at all, you need to migrate your charm to new web gui based model. Later on it will pose the complexity.
