Can you please help us, how to process the pending Requests via IDM MMC Job, not via UI TO DO tab.

What do you want to do?

1. clear/rejects assignments?
2. clear/assign future attribute values?

I need to approve the request i.e. assigning the role which is already requested and waiting for  approval.

You'll need to do it via a script, I think, using this function, uIS_Approval
