error in sm59 rfc connection

Hello Experts ,

I am having crm to ecc synchronous interface with PI as a middleware through which we are sending crm orders to ecc. But we are facing a strange issue in it. It is like every morning when we check rfc destination tcp/ip connection in sm59 of crm , it gives error as' Error when opening an RFC connection'. So everytime we reactivate all the components in PI integration builder and then it starts working . Why is it so?

Hello ,

The issue was solved after changing login credentials in the communication channel . The previous credentials were used by other users also and sometimes user ID used to lock .So after reactivating components it used to work .

But now we have used rfc user connections which no one else uses.

Hi,

Is this a SAP PI java stack or dual stack? And have you tried restarting the SAP PI box.
