Hi,
In SRM,you can see all the tables based on the doc type in trascn BBP_PD.
Just enter the object type from any of the foll:
BUS2000113 Purchase Contract
BUS2121 Shopping Cart
BUS2200 Bid Invitation
BUS2201 Purchase Order
BUS2202 Vendor Bid
BUS2203 Confirmation
BUS2205 Incoming Invoice
BUS2206 Vendor List
BUS2208 Auction
BUS2209 Purch.Order Response
BUS2210 Invoice Default
BUS2230 SUS Purchase Order
BUS2231 Shipping Notif.
BUS2232 SUS PO Confirmation
BUS2233 SUS Confirmation
BUS2234 SUS Invoice
and you get all the header and item related table for that doc.
Which scenario are you working on???

Hi
<b>Refer Transaction <u>BBP_PD</u> in the SRM system to get the complete SRM system data details (Table names, Field names, etc )of the Shopping cart/Purchase Orders as well other the R/3 back-end documents.</b>
<u>Actually it involves RFC enabled function modules (existing in R/3 system ) called from SRM side to create back-end documents (Purchase Orders, Requistions, Reservations, etc) in R/3 system.</u>
<b>The Standard BAPIs - BAPI_PO_CREATE1 / BAPI_PO_CREATE gets called from SRM side in the R/3 system to create Purchase Orders
Tables involved in R/3 system are - EKKO, EKPO, EKKN, etc in R/3 system.</b>
<b>The Standard BAPIs - BAPI_REQ_CREATE gets called from SRM side in the R/3 system to create Purchase Requistion.
R/3 Tables involved are - EBAN</b>
<i>There are a number of function modules which can help in identifying the tables available in both SRM and R/3 system.</i> Incase you need any other details,
Do let me know.
Regards
- Atul
