How to create Partial deliveries in STO OBD

Dear All,

Error when creating partial  delivery in STO .

in Customer  Master ,under shipping tab, Partial delivery filed is allowed blank

i.e Partial deliveries allowed.

Please  suggest any configuration required for above process.

Hi Venkata,

Partial Deliveries allowed means you can create delivery for partial quantities with respect to the STO/sales order. But based on the screenshots you have posted, I understand that you are trying to pick partial quantities with respect to delivery quantity. It is not possible do PGI to a delivery when the quantity is partially picked. This is as per the standard process.

If you want a delivery with lesser quantity, change the delivery quantity, pick it completely and do PGI.

Hi

Are you using batch split?

Have you entered storage location for main item in STO?

Enter pick quantity which we can see in screenshot. System is giving error message due to pick quantity is missing.
