IDM 7.2 SP9 Identity Center MMC Crash

Hi,

I Installed Netweaver 7.4 AS JAVA on MS SQL with IDM 7.2 and upgraded then to SP9.

I try to create a new Task in the Identity Center and the MMC Console crashes everytime, I configured Java in the options as described in the Manual.

Do you have some ideas?

Just FYI: The java-options are not relevant for the MMC, they're used in creating the dispatcher etc scripts/setting the environment for the Java run-time at server. MMC is Windows program that interacts with DB over OLE DB.

Ah yes I forgot to mention to OS.

I'm using Windows Server 2012 R2 (with latest updates).

Hi Patrick,

That's what I figured.  Only advice is to go through all of the things mentioned there.  Make sure you have the latest MMC and check security settings.

Worst case scenario can you install the design time on a computer not running 2012 and connect to the database/Netweaver?
