Idoc trigger for customer master creation

Hi Expert,

I already set up distributional model for customer master message type  'DEBMAS', But , it is not tirggering IDOC as soon as i create and save the customer master. But , If i use BD12 using the message type , it triggers IDOC. It would be appreciated if you could help me on this  where i am wrong.

Hi Siva,

Have you activated change pointer for this message type? Do you have any job set up for the program RBDSER01
