For one of our customers, we've following issue with NWBC 4.0 (and 5.0)
When using the NWBC 4.0 via Citrix, or Remote Desktop Connection, it could happen that sometimes the session is disconnected.
When the user loggs on again, NWBC is still open, but with an empty screen, and NWBC will freeze sometimes...
Does anyone know this issue?
I think you can compare this with the use of NWBC on your laptop, and afterwards, the laptop goes into sleep / hibernate mode.
Afterwards, when the user continues to work, NWBC is still using the same connection, and no data was lost.
They are currently working with NWBC 3.5, and they don't have this issue here.
Only with NWBC 4.0 (and also with NWBC 5.0)
