Error Message in MIGO as system picking up the wrong PC

Hi All, Created Po with account assignment category as “K”. Maintained GL account, Cost center “ABCD” & WBS in Account assignment tab of item details. We are maintaining one to one relationship with CC to PC. In Cost center master data  profit center “ABCD” is maintained & In  WBS master no CC or PC maintained. While creating the MIGO system has picked up CC “ABCD” which is maintained in PO and Profit center as “XYZ” , hence getting the error message as below. "CO Account  Assignments have different Profit Centers" Message : BK134 You entered multiple account assignment objects  assigned to different profit centers. however CO Account Assignment objects with profit center assignments are assigned to the same profit center... refer the attachment for error screen shot _________________ We have not done any config to default either the  Profit center in “FAGL3KEH” or Cost center in OKB9, but not sure why it is picking up the PC XYZ. Could anyone through some light how it is picking up or do we need to check any other config steps.

Hi Sridevi,

As you said that , you created PO with Account assignment category with Assignment GL , Cost center and WBS element.

Here are giving two object just check,

1.WBS Master's Profit center

2. Cost center's Profit center

Makes sure that in Both you have assigned same profit center.

3. Check GL A/c ( Cost element ) and make sure you have not entered any Cost center in Default assignment.

System take preference 1st from Master data.

following are the possiablity Kindly check the material master may be wrong profit center assign

o check OKB9 Tcode may be default Profit center is assigned these are two possibility kindly

check and confirm

Can you list all item at the tab Account assignment in your PO? What are they?
