Sir,
Solution manager SP10 is installed in out system.
In the sdn guides it says a radio button will be there when we select ITSM.
Kindly help in what are the Notes to installed. I am not getting the menu Incident management system.
In IMG also its not available.
Have installed the note1875627 also which was displayed in the CCE in Solman.

Hi Sharada,
It looks like this is the first time you are doing something in the Solution Manager system.
There are many steps before you can even smell Incident management and I wonder if it'll even make sense telling you what to do.
Kindly, go through the relevant documents in https://service.sap.com/rkt-solman which may be a good starting point.

Yes this is the first time im trying to understand the installation and installing in sandbox.
Have read many links in sdn and trying to relate to come to conclusions.
Solution manager is installed and CBTA is running now. What are the steps to be followed for Incident Management system.
I installed the notes in CCN which I have mentioned earlier.
In ITSM I have done the guided procedure everything is in green after Execute.
How do I know that the installation is done and completed. I went to solman_workcenter the
Incident management menu does not appear.

Hi Sharada
I hope you had completed the system prepration, basic configuration and managed system setup for that.
Go to ITSM in solman_Setup and check if you had completed the ITSM setup (if there are two radio buttons then I guess you are using the old version of SOLMAN may be SP 😎 select the ITSM option.
Check the below setting if you had done that and after creating the business role, assign your id in SU01->Parameter tab
CRM_UI_PROFILE as value of the business role (ZSOLMANRPO)
Please go to SM_CRM and then select the incident management,
Customize the ITSM based on your requirement as below
