Dear Support .

Our online web catalog system URL once setup in our Client SRM shopping art setting , when our client try access . it show the error message

Hello Wong,

Please try with older version of IE or any other Browser like Chrome.

Also check portal access roles for user and browser compatibility settings in menu bar.
