how to deativate the user Access in SAP SO who left the organization.

The Employee or consultant who left the oragnization should also get deactivated form SAP SO user. BUt in my case it is not working as expected.

Please help this urgently.

Hi Peeyush,

I am not sure if I got your requirement correctly, but if you want to inactivate the user in SAP Sourcing/CLM then mark the user as inactive by going to Setup-->System Administration--> Internal User Accounts then select the user and mark the inactive checkbox.

Let me know if your requirement is something else..

HI Peeyush,

There is no Automatic way to deactivate users, BUT you can inactive users via Workbook

in the user account workbook there is field

# INACTIVE Boolean false 

SET this to TRUE and try.
