Time zones in planning boards

Hi,

Our server is set in CET time zone and hence system is in CET time.

But now we are setting APO for US in EST time zone.

In that case how can we see EST time zone in planning and in planning boards.

The users want to view the planning board and all other scheduling based on EST time zone.

Please let me know how we can set this?

Hi Prasanth,

You can have the time zone in the order or product chart of your planning board profile.

In SPRO choose your planning board profile variant and double clicks Charts. Choose chart orders and then press button fields. Normally you will have the option Time zone on the right side. Transfer it on the left side and save.

Back in your planning board the time zone will appears at order chart level.

Also, in the planning board profile choose Settings and you will have the possibility to change to desired time zone.

Thanks for your quick reply.

The time zone in settings tab is working for me as work around.

My planning board has only resource chart and i done have option of time zone to pull to left side.

Does SAP has any solution for 2 different time zone people to work on same planning board so that scheduling time will adjust accordingly.
