solman_Setup dont work

Hello,

I still have not registered the SAPRouter and not upgraded the solman, i am waiting to SAP register my SAPRouter, i want to start the configuración of the SOLMAN but when i go to SOLMAN_SETUP --> System Preparation --> Edit or any option, the web site is frozen i waiting for 1 hour but nothing happend.

I want to know the cause of this problem, maybe the problem is solved when i upgrade the system? or maybe is because missing the connection to the SAPRouter?

The problem was the mozilla firefox, i install a old versión 31.0 and works fine.

Hi Ana,

Could you share Solution Manager version as well as IE version.Addition to it please confirm from which client & user you logged into system,if possible try to login with client 001 with user solman_admin & rerun the steps again and share the result.
