Unable to retrieve EP role to assign to user in access request.

ISSUE ---> Unable to retrieve EP roles to assign to user in access request. Please provide inputs to make progress.
1) I get the below message " NO DATA FOUND" on executing Synchronize EP SMPL SCHEMA job.
Have referred the below link pointing to my error message.

Do I still need to consider the notes 1727530 and 1655074 even when we are on GRC 10 SP16 currently.
2) On running the Repository sync, the message displayed is the below:

Please refer to the note 1848215 and make sure that the connector mapping should be done correctly.
