Award to bidders

Dear All,

Is it possible in SRM to award selected line items to different bidders.

I mean RFQ has four line items and we want to award 2 line items with partial quantity to one bidder and four line items with partial quantity to another bidder.

Hello Abdul,

         Acceptance of partial quantity from RFX Response is not possible. That is because the bidder enters a price taking thee quantity in considering. So in case of lower value the bidder might want to change the price. So the option i can think is to explicitly return the response and ask the bidder to Quote for a smaller quantity.
