AC submit request throwing Error

Hello Experts,

  We need your help in resolving below issue :

When we are trying to assign the GRC role in IDM UI, we are getting below error. Please find the scrrenshot.

Hi Lokesh,

Take a look here on the forum, I believe it's been addressed before.

I'd suggest double checking your VDS configuration and making sure all the Web Services are up on the GRC side to start though.

  Thanks for your reply,. We have cross checked VDS configurations and noticed that, all webservices are up and running fine. Could you please provide any documentation or any useful links to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance

Hi Lokesh,

The only documentation I am aware of is on the IDM documentation page.  I've also heard there are some training materials with more information, but I have not been able to look at them.

I'd also suggest trying all of the basics, double checking logins and passwords, making sure the ports are not being blocked by the firewall, etc.
