PPDS flow

Hi all,

been trying to understand the flow of PPDS in this scenario.

using only PPDS in APO,  Transferring the forecast from ECC to APO - would like to understand the table this PIRs are stored. we have configured horizons, etc., would like to know the flow on how this PIR is considered while prodution planning run.

If you are using the standard CIF, Planned Independent Requirements are stored in LiveCache in SCM within Planning Version 000, just like all supply/demand orders.  You can see individual orders in the standard SCM transaction /SAPAPO/RRP3 or /SAPAPO/RRP1.  There are some other ways, depending upon exactly what you are looking for.  APO is not like ECC; don't expect that you can always browse for data in APO using SE16.  Most of the stuff people want to see is not found in tables.

The way that PIRs are considered is dependent upon the strategy that is contained in your product masters /SAPAPO/MAT1 Demand tab.
