User Mapping Refence System for NWDI

Hi Team,

We are configuring CHaRM and hence SSOing NWDI and Solman.

Certificates (Strust sso2) have been exchanged.

NWDI login is via email id and backend logins are via userID.

So I reckoned user mapping has to be done.

Now NWDI has no portal. UME User Mapping tab shows nothing to be mapped to.

NWDI is 7.3 and Backend Solman is 7.1.

1. Are we heading towards the right direction?
2. How do we create Reference System for AS Java (no portal) so that I can perform user mapping?

Hi Team,

I resolved it myself. Found that unique ID mapped in Solution Manager was 'Employee Number' contrary to 'Email Shortname" configured. Made changes to the UME Active Directory XML file and things are working fine now.
