Hi,
I would just like to ask if there is a way to have MONITORING LOGS of the automatic restart of the communication channels.
I already configured the Available Time Planning and it is working perfectly. It stops at 11:30pm and starts at 11:31:pm. I just want to make sure that it is restarting and working as it is configured thus i want to have a monitoring logs.
I already checked the Adapter Log (Channel-Independent) but not that very useful.
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Hi Chrizel
You can view this via the Administration Information tab of the Communication Channel. It will show you the log of when the channel was started and stopped. If the comm channel is set to Automatic and linked to an ATP setting, then the ATP name that stopped/started the channel would appear in the Person Responsible column.
