Authentication list is not filled when log in to BO server

Dear Gurus i'm trying to log in to BO server from dashboard and i'm unable to select the authentication type in the authentication list because it's not filled

a screen attached to the message shows the error

The dashboard version is 2013

The office version is 2010

The live office version is 4.0 SP4

your help will be appreciated

try :

1. adding a hosts file entry for the server.

2. using IP address instead of the server host name.

3. check in fiddler for any network issue.

4. ensure the port is not being blocked by firewall.

Thank you guys but i updated my live office version to 4.1 plus we found that there was some problems in the network after that the issue was solved thanks again for your cooperation
