Auto Update of user status in Quality Info Record

Hi,

I am trying to approve vendors based on status profile in Quality Info Record. My requirement is to update the status automatically based on usage decision. I know I can do it manually but I was wondering through standard functions if this update can be done based on some conditions.

Hi Snigdhodeep,

You can try linking a follow-up action with UD code "A" [Accept] to change user status for your quality info record. I am not sure if there is any standard FM linked to Follow-up actions will be able to do it or not. You can explore this part yourself. At the same time, you can try creating a custom FM to do it based on your specific business case details, like Plant, Inspection type, Status Profile, Status w/o status no, etc.
